QM Desktop 0.1.3 for Apple Silicon Macs adds local computer access through the desktop tool. Human messages sent from the desktop app can observe windows, take screenshots, click and type, with guided Accessibility and Screen Recording setup.

Computer actions stop with the turn; background, delegated and browser-initiated turns cannot control your Mac. JavaScript bindings persist within a turn and reset between turns.

Install the signed and notarized QM app from the ZIP. This replaces the computer-use trial with the normal QM app. macOS may ask you to enable permissions for QM separately from QM-cu.

Your QM backend and web UI must include the matching computer-access update. Start a new desktop chat after upgrading; existing chats retain their original tool declarations.

The release retains automatic desktop updates. QM 0.1.1 users should install this ZIP manually to gain the updater.
