Welcome Screen: Global Error State for Invalid URLs/Navigation

To create a user-friendly error state page that is displayed when a user navigates to a non-existent or inaccessible URL within the YDB Enterprise Manager application. This page clearly communicates the error, maintain brand consistency, and provide users with clear actions to resolve the situation.

The page should include the following elements, as per the provided design mockups for both Light and Dark themes:

• Header: The standard YDB Enterprise Manager header. Breadcrumbs should be hidden on this page.
• Title: YDB Enterprise Manager
• Standard illustration with error title & description
• Action Buttons: A horizontal button group containing: "Back" (navigates to the previous page in the browser's history) "Explore Documentation" (opens the main YDB documentation website in a new browser tab).
