Complete rewrite from C#/WPF to a single dependency-free native C++ exe — same look, same settings, same registration, dramatically faster.

Upgrading

The installer reuses the previous installer identity and automatically removes the old MSI-based install (v1.0.x). Your settings.json and default-browser registration are preserved.
