Updates

• Bump Claude Code to 2.1.219 (via 2.1.201). 2.1.201 was carrying two fixed regressions: a per-turn CPU/memory issue where the context indicator re-analyzed the whole transcript after every turn, and a 15-20s macOS stall opening background agent sessions.
• Default model is now Opus 5 (claude-opus-5), with a 1M context window. The old client capped it at 200k, so the version bump is what makes the model change worth anything.
• Bump the pinned claude-code-tips plugin to v0.26.30 (dx 0.14.24): quarter-clone, private GitHub search, half-clone resume-by-id, and an updated version-check skill.

Changes

• Drop redundant settings.json entries: ENABLE_TOOL_SEARCH (default-on since ~2.1.7) and hasAcceptedBypassPermissionsMode (a no-op that doesn't suppress the bypass warning).
• Re-add promptSuggestionEnabled: false. It was never a no-op, just remotely gated.
