markitai 2.3.2

Fixes in the workbench's update check: GitHub's rate limit is remembered across restarts, and a proxy's refusal no longer reads as one. To get 2.3.2, run markitai update (2.2.0 and later) or update the way you installed: run the setup command again, or uv tool upgrade markitai / pip install -U markitai.

Fixed

• After a restart, or after markitai update was rate-limited, the workbench's ↻ still says when GitHub lets it check again instead of asking at once.
• A 403 from a proxy or mirror is an ordinary failed check, no longer shown as a rate limit with a time to try again.
• An automatic update check the workbench showed in progress ends with "Already on the latest version" for 4 s when it finds nothing new, as a click does.
• With update.check: false, the workbench updates only to a release a manual check found.
