Migrated packer to lazy and changed overall color schema

Summary

I did the heavy lifting and changed neovim's plugin management from packer to lazy. To be honest, I thought it would be more difficult, but it was easier than I thought.

I also changed the theme of the plugin to lazy, and added a new theme using an external library, because it seems that the theme set in wezterm doesn't work in lazy.

The colors are a little different, so it was a little subtle, but I thought it was a good idea for me, the type of person who wants to keep the editor and the terminal on the same screen. If you don't like it, you can make your own.
