First release of the T3 Code model picker for the DeepSeek Harness composer.

A port of T3 Code's ProviderModelPicker: provider rail, search grouped under provider headings, browser-local favorites, unavailable-provider badges, Cmd/Ctrl+1..9 jump shortcuts, and a reasoning-effort footer. See the README for the demo and screenshots, and the credit to the original project.
