Warning

Windows artifacts withdrawn for v0.4.4. The Windows x64 and Windows ARM64 runtime archives and Desktop installers originally attached to this release are known to be defective and must not be used. They have been removed from this Release. If you previously downloaded a Windows artifact from this version, do not install or redistribute it; use a later release that explicitly restores Windows artifacts. Linux and macOS artifacts are not affected by this withdrawal.

SHA256SUMS is intentionally unchanged as the immutable record of the original publication, so it may still contain entries for the withdrawn Windows files.
