WebCodex v0.4.6

Upgrade note

If you previously installed or connected an older WebCodex release, reconnect the app/MCP connection and refresh its tool schema after upgrading to v0.4.6. Existing conversations or cached client schemas may still expose retired tool names; if needed, start a new conversation after refreshing.

v0.4.6 is intended to be a long-lived stable release, and its public tool names are expected to remain stable. Additional tool-name standardization is under development on the unreleased 0.5.x line and does not apply to v0.4.6.
