Downstream OAuth connections can now use a public client metadata URL when a server supports URL-based client IDs but restricts dynamic registration.

  • Added remoteMcp OAuth clientMetadataUrl and default scope settings.
  • Preserved SDK PKCE, issuer binding, encrypted storage, refresh, and disconnect.
  • Invalid URL and scope configuration fails at construction.
  • Existing configurations remain compatible; the Node template pins 0.26.3.

Validated with the full release check and Basecamp's live pushed-authorization endpoint.
