Lumen 0.8.3 (beta)

클라우드 동기화 폴더 안의 항목을 정리 대상에서 빼요. 설정에서 0.8.2로 업데이트하지 못했던 문제를 고치고, 업데이트 서명 키를 새 키로 바꿀 준비를 했어요. 앱의 탐색 영역과 도구 막대에는 반투명 재질을 입혔어요.

달라진 점

• 클라우드 동기화 폴더를 보호해요. 동기화 폴더에서 항목을 옮기면 클라우드와 다른 기기에서도 함께 지워질 수 있어요. 이제 macOS의 ~/Library/CloudStorage(Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive 등)와 iCloud Drive, Windows의 iCloud Drive, 그리고 OneDrive·Dropbox의 기본 폴더와 그 아래 항목은 정리 대상으로 제안하지 않아요. 클라우드 자리 표시자나 동기화 루트로 표시된 폴더 안의 항목, 그런 항목을 담은 폴더도 남겨요. 파일을 열거나 내려받지 않고 확인해요.
• 설정에서 업데이트할 수 있어요. 0.8.2의 업데이트 파일 서명에는 버전 정보가 빠져 있어서, 설치된 앱이 0.8.2 업데이트를 거부했어요. 0.8.3은 버전을 포함해 서명했어요. 0.5.0 이상이라면 설정에서 0.8.3으로 업데이트할 수 있어요.
• 업데이트 서명 키를 바꿔요. 0.8.3에는 새 업데이트 키가 들어 있어요. 다음 버전부터는 새 키로 서명하므로, 설정에서 계속 업데이트를 받으려면 0.8.3을 먼저 설치해 주세요. 0.8.3을 건너뛰어 업데이트가 실패하면 다운로드 페이지에서 새 버전을 받아 설치하면 돼요.
• 앱 화면에 반투명 재질을 입혔어요. 탐색 영역, 도구 막대, 팝오버에 은은한 반투명 재질을 적용했어요. 내용 영역과 주요 버튼은 불투명하게 유지하고, 시스템에서 투명도 줄이기나 동작 줄이기를 켜면 그 설정을 따라요. 탐색 구조와 작업 흐름은 그대로예요.
• 다운로드 사이트의 깨진 화면 이미지를 고쳤어요. 러시아어, 일본어, 중국어 간체, 스페인어 페이지에서 앱 화면 이미지가 보이지 않던 문제를 고쳤어요. 이 페이지들은 영어 화면 이미지를 보여 줘요.

정리는 자동으로 실행하지 않아요. 격리할 항목과 정리 방법을 직접 확인하고 선택해야 해요. 도구 자체의 명령으로 정리한 데이터는 되돌릴 수 없을 수 있어요.

받기와 설치

0.5.0 이상에서는 설정에서 업데이트를 확인하고 설치할 수 있어요. Linux .deb를 쓰고 있다면 새 패키지를 받아 주세요.

Linux UI의 기존 glib 0.18.5 의존성에는 알려진 iterator 안전성 문제가 남아 있어요. 현재 앱과 로컬에 내려받은 의존성 소스에서 해당 API 호출은 찾지 못했지만, 수정되었다는 뜻은 아니에요. macOS·Windows 의존성 트리에는 이 패키지가 없어요. 이 릴리즈는 해당 의존성 버전을 바꾸지 않아요.

AI 리뷰가 켜져 있으면 파일 메타데이터를 학교의 Jeb 서버로 보내요. 파일 내용은 보내지 않아요. 서버 운영자가 요청을 보관할 수 있어요. 설정에서 AI 리뷰를 끌 수 있어요.

SHA256SUMS로 체크섬을 확인하고 아래 명령으로 빌드 출처를 확인할 수 있어요.

English. Lumen no longer proposes cleaning up items in cloud sync folders: moving an item out of one can delete it from the cloud and every other device too. On macOS, ~/Library/CloudStorage (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive and others) and iCloud Drive are kept with everything below them, and so are iCloud Drive on Windows and the default OneDrive and Dropbox folders. Items inside a folder marked as a cloud placeholder or sync root are kept, and so are folders that hold such items. None of these checks opens or downloads a file.

The update signatures in 0.8.2 lacked the version, so installed apps refused to update to it. 0.8.3 is signed with the version, and versions 0.5.0 and later can install it from Settings. 0.8.3 also carries a new updater key, and later versions will be signed with it: install 0.8.3 to keep receiving updates in the app. If an update fails because you skipped 0.8.3, download the new version from the download page.

The navigation, toolbars and popovers have a subtle translucent material. Content and primary buttons stay opaque, and the system's reduce transparency and reduce motion settings are respected. Navigation and workflows are unchanged. The download site's Russian, Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Spanish pages no longer show broken screenshots; they show the English ones.

Cleanup is never automatic. Review and choose each item and method yourself. Data cleaned by a tool's own command may not be recoverable.

Known dependency limitation: the Linux UI retains glib 0.18.5 and RUSTSEC-2024-0429. No calls to the affected API were found in the application or downloaded dependency sources; this is not a fix. The package is absent from the macOS/Windows target graphs, and this release does not change its version.

When AI review is on, item paths, sizes and ages are sent to the school's Jeb server, whose operator may retain them (file contents are not sent). AI review can be turned off in Settings.
