Correctly set k8s labels in the operator

Spilo currently complains at startup:

My postgresql cluster manifest have the label as below:

@yusufgungor are you using the v1.2.0 image of the operator. Could be, that this is already fixed in the latest version

Hm, there's only one place where the KUBERNETES_LABELS env variable (to be used by Spilo) is set. What cluster_labels you have configured in the ConfigMap or CRD?
