What's Fixed

• Window close = server stops — closing the app window now shuts down the background server (~3 seconds)
• Upgrade fix — installing a new version no longer keeps the old version running; old instance is stopped automatically
• Heartbeat watchdog — server auto-stops if no client is connected for 45 seconds
• Installer upgrade — Windows installer kills running instance before replacing files
