SoundCloud audio stops when joining Discord voice in browser #10441

- I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
- I have checked that this issue can be reproduced once I removed all my Mods and Custom CSS.
What happened?
When I play music on SoundCloud in Zen Browser and join a voice channel in Discord Web, the SoundCloud playback immediately stops.
Expected behavior
SoundCloud should continue playing in the background while joining a Discord voice channel in the browser.
Actual behavior
SoundCloud playback stops immediately when joining a Discord voice channel.
Steps to reproduce
Open Zen Browser
Go to SoundCloud and start playing a track.
Open Discord Web in another tab and join a voice channel.
Observe that SoundCloud playback pauses automatically.
