On the code changes lgtm. Would be good to update the README explaining and documenting the changes, and updating the version number (to 2.2.1). Also when you do a release, make sure to also create a v2.2.1 tag, some customers are using package managers like composer/packagist and they scan the repo and update the versions based on git tags. |
