- updated legacy dependencies - removed allow_failures on PHP 7.2 - removed composer self-update - moved cs-check and coverage to PHP 7.1 locked

Documentation moved into
docsdirectory and all supporting files moved there.Updated Travis CI configuration (removed allow failures on PHP 7.2 and updated legacy dependencies).
Updated composer skeleton (all support links, the same order of sections... consistency fixes).
It is based on
developbranch, as it is different frommasterand probably will go live soon.
