doc: Documentation issue in 'boards/shields/rk055hdmipi4m/doc/index'

Describe the bug

The page shows these commands "west build -b mixmrt1170_evk" but the board should be mimxrt1170_evk. The x and the m were swapped.

This command worked for me
west build -p -b mimxrt1170_evk/mimxrt1176/cm7 --shield rk055hdmipi4m samples\subsys\display\lvgl
