Behaviour changes

fix: skip inaccessible types from referenced assemblies in the generator (#179)

Internal [Policy] / [RequirePolicy] types of referenced assemblies are no longer registered in
a project that cannot access them, unless InternalsVisibleTo grants it. Before, such projects
did not compile.
