feat: Added comprehensive interface management, added optional QUIC blocking from the web interface, in fake-ip mode now only the fake-ip range is proxied

Major Features:

  • Dual-mode interface handling: Explicit mode (process only selected) and Exclude mode (process all except selected)
  • Automatic interface detection: Smart LAN bridge and WAN interface auto-detection with manual override
  • QUIC traffic blocking: Configurable UDP port 443 blocking for improved proxy effectiveness
  • Fake-IP range support: Conditional TPROXY rules for DNS fake-ip mode when enabled
  • Enhanced UI consistency: Unified button styling and improved theme compatibility
