Fallout 4 Downgrader

This update attempts to fix one of the exceptions that could occur at startup for some users with 'An unexpected error occured: the given key 'timelast_update_corruption' was not present in the dictionary.'
I've also updated to use latest version of SteamKit2 (v3.3.0) and DepotDownloader (v3.4.0) and now using .NET 9 instead of .NET 8

Installation Instructions:

  1. Download: Get the latest version by downloading FO4Down.zip.
  2. Extract: Extract the contents to a location on your disk. Note: It is not necessary to place it in your Fallout 4 folder, as the application will automatically detect your installation.
  3. Storage Recommendation: For those planning to download all depots, it is recommended to unpack the contents on a drive with at least 35GB of free space.
