Windows desktop support and DSH rc.2 compatibility

  • Tested in DSH Desktop Beta 2.0.18-beta.1 (DSH 0.2.1-rc.2 / Node 24.21.0).
  • Windows SSH identity and known-host paths, spaces, null-device handling and CRLF probe output are supported.
  • Avoid the Windows inbox ssh-keyscan unsupported-KEX defect by preferring installed Git for Windows keyscan. Host fingerprints are still strictly checked.
  • Native desktop acceptance covers automatic green connection status, @ references, resizable panel and card previews. Real Windows PowerShell and Windows-to-Linux SSH card execution tests pass.
  • Linux regression tests remain passing. The installation ID and data directories remain unchanged.

Install

Download dsh-control-studio-0.3.2.tgz, verify it against SHA256SUMS, then use your DSH distribution's own CLI:

dsh plugin --profile desktop add ./dsh-control-studio-0.3.2.tgz --allow-build=esbuild

Use --profile web for a web/server profile. Back up your existing profile and plugin data first.

Windows support is for the UI, explicit local argv operations and SSH to POSIX hosts. Linux shell cards are not automatically portable; Hyper-V/WSL integration is not implemented. Execution approval remains required.

DSH Control Studio

The unified Machine & Apps plugin is now DSH Control Studio, package dsh-control-studio.

  • Same machine directory and persistent agent-authored application panels.
  • Renamed package, frontend loader and RPC descriptors together.
  • Existing machine/card data, SSH trust, execution grants, receipts, sessions and tool names remain unchanged.
  • Includes English/Chinese presentation, real screenshots, setup and rename-migration guidance.

Existing users: stop DSH and follow the migration guide. Do not enable both old and new packages. Preserve custom configuration and refresh browser tabs after the switch.

Install the attached prebuilt tarball, not a source archive. Verify it using SHA256SUMS, then:

dsh plugin --profile web add ./dsh-control-studio-0.3.1.tgz --allow-build=esbuild

Restart DSH and refresh the browser. Local execution remains opt-in.

Validation: Linux, DSH 0.2.1-alpha.1, Node 24.19; 32 Node tests and 222 Vitest tests passed. Fresh-profile official CLI installation and isolated host startup verified. Native runtime imports, 3 packaged skills and 12 remote methods checked. This remains a prerelease; compatibility with newer DSH versions is not claimed.

DSH Machine & Apps 0.3.0

首个公开预发布版：一个插件提供机器目录、SSH 连接探测、机器引用与模型驱动的应用监控/控制卡片。包含机器管理、卡片编写、动态组件扩展三套 skills。

安装

下载下方 dsh-machine-apps-0.3.0.tgz，在 DSH 所在机器运行：

dsh plugin --profile web add ./dsh-machine-apps-0.3.0.tgz --allow-build=esbuild
dsh --profile web --dump-config

然后重启 DSH、刷新浏览器。--allow-build=esbuild 只批准扩展构建器的安装脚本（pnpm 11 已验证）。不需要安装任何旧插件。本地命令执行默认关闭，请参照 README 配置明确的 hostRoots 并审批卡片操作。

兼容与验证

  • 已验证 Linux、DSH 0.2.1-alpha.1、Node 24.19。
  • DSH 仍在快速迭代；未承诺兼容其他宿主版本或系统。
  • 32 项 Node 测试与 222 项 Vitest 测试通过。
  • 已验证官方 CLI 全新安装、bundle 启用、隔离启动和安装包资源加载。
  • 非 DeepSeek 官方插件；不修改网络开放、认证、代理或 GPU 配置。

请选择 .tgz 安装包。GitHub 自动生成的 Source code 是源码，不包含预构建运行产物，不能直接当作安装包。
