Channel advisor

• Connected/selected network now gets a same-band channel recommendation.
• Recommends a less loaded channel only when it improves by >=10 points;
  otherwise Keep current channel.
• Filters candidates by Wi-Fi generation (no 6 GHz for 11n), avoids DFS when
  the current channel is non-DFS, and surfaces the advertised router model.
• Channel advice shows current score, target channel/width, DFS warning and
  reason.
