新增功能：
✅ askx 命令 - 支持 shell 历史记录的执行方式
✅ ask install - 一键安装 askx 函数到 shell
✅ ask uninstall - 干净地移除 askx 函数
✅ ask --print - 仅打印命令（供 askx 内部使用）
修复问题：
🐛 修复 executor 使用错误的 shell（sh → 用户当前 shell）
