Fix fresh-install compatibility by limiting Milvus Lite to >=2.4.0,<3, alongside the existing PyMilvus >=2.4.0,<2.6.10 requirement.

This prevents an incompatible combination of the older SDK and Lite 3.x. No application behavior changes or database migration are required.

Validated the built package with real Milvus Lite indexing and retrieval, both reranking paths using mocked model calls, and the settings and health endpoints.

Upgrade: uv add "vector-graph-rag==0.3.1".
