I submitted a pull request to update ZIO HTTP on FrameworkBenchmarks, so then on their next benchmark roundup, we can see new results from ZIO HTTP.

Please review my PR and comment if I missed anything to optimize performance, such as server configuration changes?!

@jdegoes there are 4-5 optimizations that can be applied in that PR. Although given that it's now closed, is it perhaps better that I open a new PR in the repo (once 3.0.0 is released) instead of leaving a review?
