Environment

  • Server OS: Debian 11
  • Browser: Chrome
  • Znuny version: 6.5.8

Expected behavior

The warning "Article subject will be empty if the subject contains only the ticket hook" should disappear after updating the subject in AgentTicketEmailOutbound

Actual behavior

The warning "Article subject will be empty if the subject contains only the ticket hook" remains after updating the subject

How to reproduce

  • Open a ticket
  • Select "Communication" > "E-mail outbound"
  • The warning "Article subject will be empty if the subject contains only the ticket hook" is shown
  • Updating the subject and selecting another field does not make the warning go away

Additional information

  • The same warning is also shown in AgentTicketCompose but here the warning comes & goes as required after updating the Subject and changing to another input field, I believe this is the expected behavior for both cases.
