Trello-Archiver complaining about being unable to require 'CSV'

Reported on Ubuntu 12.04 while using Bash & Guake terminal emulator and RVM.

After troubleshooting the issue, it was replicated on a fresh install of Ubuntu 12.04 using Guake, RVM and ZShell.

require 'CSV' was working under OSX but not under Ubuntu. Switched case to lower and it resolved issue.

Fix was pushed in commit => 2868854
