• Plot Editor: new Box plot and Column + Points charts (bars of the mean with SD or SEM error bars and every data point) in the Distribution group, alongside Violin.
• Plot Editor: new Histogram chart with shared bins across groups, bin count or bin width, density normalisation, outline style and an optional KDE curve.
• Plot Editor: horizontal Bar, Stacked Bar and 100% Stacked Bar charts, with the category axis on the left for long category names.
• Show the sample size (n = …) for each group of a box, violin or column chart — under the tick label, above the group or at the axis bottom, with an editable template, size and colour; histograms show it in the legend.
• Long axis titles and plot titles now wrap to fit instead of running off the figure.
• Free text notes can span several lines: press Enter for a new line in the note editor, Ctrl+Enter to apply.
• The edit window for a box or column chart now shows only the settings that apply to it, under its own title.
• Fixed: changing a style setting in the title's edit window no longer erases the plot title.
• Plots that use these new charts or settings need 3.5.2 or later to edit; older versions still show them as saved and say that an update is needed.
