Zyvor Imaging 0.4.0: the advanced research viewer

A research viewer written for this product: linked MPR planes you can tilt, 3D volume rendering and projections with a clip box, several series side by side with hanging protocols, and measurements and segments saved with the series. DICOM Segmentation and Structured Report output; binary and fractional Segmentation objects from elsewhere are drawn over the images. Decoders for JPEG, JPEG-LS, JPEG 2000 and High-Throughput JPEG 2000 run in the browser. See the viewer page for what it does and what was and was not checked.

Research use only. Synthetic data only. Not for diagnostic use. No clinical validation; no comparison with other viewers; no third-party viewer has opened our Segmentation or Report files yet.

• zyvor-imaging-binary-0.4.0-*.zip: laptop evaluation archive (includes image/zyvor-imaging.tar, linux/amd64; no GitHub token needed). No application source.
• zyvor-imaging-0.4.0.sbom.cdx.json: CycloneDX software bill of materials.

Zyvor Imaging 0.3.2: source-free image

The runtime image no longer carries readable application source or internal release tooling. The build compiles the application to bytecode, ships only the scripts the image runs, and a release check fails if source is present. Behaviour is unchanged from 0.3.1.

Bytecode is not encryption: it removes readable source but can be decompiled with effort.

What is in this release

• zyvor-imaging-binary-0.3.2-*.zip: laptop evaluation archive (includes image/zyvor-imaging.tar, no GitHub token needed). Includes the installer helpers (scripts/*.py, .sh, .cmd, .ps1).
• Zyvor-Imaging-0.3.1.dmg: the native Mac client, carried over unchanged from 0.3.1 (signed and notarized).
• zyvor-imaging-0.3.2.sbom.cdx.json: CycloneDX software bill of materials.

This image is linux/amd64 only. Apple-silicon Macs run it under Docker's emulation. 0.3.1 also had an arm64 build.

0.3.1 has no new features compared with 0.3.0. It replaces 0.3.0 for everyone.

• Dependencies raised to clear security-audit findings: fastapi 0.162.0 (starlette 1.x), pydicom 3.0.2, Pillow 13.0.0, python-multipart 0.0.31, PyJWT 2.15.0, cryptography 50.0.0. A software bill of materials is attached.
• Shared PostgreSQL backup and restore handle the new reports.ai_assisted column; backups made before it still restore.
• The image ghcr.io/zyvorai/zyvor-imaging:0.3.1 is public (linux/amd64 and linux/arm64) and latest points to it.

Download Zyvor-Imaging-0.3.1.dmg (not "Source code"), drag Zyvor Imaging into Applications, open it and sign in with the web address, username and password from sales.

Laptop archive (Mac or Windows, Docker Desktop once)

Download zyvor-imaging-binary-0.3.1-*.zip, start Docker Desktop, unpack, double-click the Mac or Windows installer. The zip carries the image (linux/amd64; Apple-silicon Macs run it through emulation). The login is in DEMO-LOGIN.txt.

What is new since 0.2.0

• Wrong-patient radar: prior studies per patient ID, a warning when one ID carries several names, a "Name differs" filter and badge.
• Image checks for CT, MR and radiography, plus a warning when text looks burned into the picture.
• De-identified export (one study or a hand-picked group) with leak, burned-in text (optional OCR) and free-text checks. Not a certified de-identification.
• Worklist date and tag filters, multi-select and thumbnail grid.
• Optional AI helpers (off by default; need a model your IT team runs): plain-language search, find by meaning, similar studies, report drafting aid. Tested with stub endpoints only.
• Mac app: priors, selection export, optional AI helpers.
