kitbash v0.10.0

• Remove the seeded agent-template Package (#131)

The name belongs to zyx1121/agent-template, the Telegram to Claude Code
template that Loki's agents are forks of, and that repo is now itself a
kitbash Package. A second thing under the same name on this host, an SDK
tool runner that needs an API key, only confuses. The handbook section and
the seeded list go back to what they were before #128; secrets stay.

• handbook: the seeded list and counts without agent-template

#131 removed the folder and left the handbook section in place. This is the
text as it was before #128.
