TokenPulse 0.1.5 — Sampling tags with unquoted working directories
Pre-releaseTokenPulse 0.1.5 fixes a remaining configuration-tag parsing case from issue #3. When a sampling span ended with an unquoted absolute working directory containing spaces, 0.1.4 rejected the record and could show Other/Unknown despite a matching ultrafast configuration tag.
- Accept terminal Display-formatted Windows, UNC, and POSIX working directories containing spaces. Ignore the directory value; preserve exact task/turn matching and reject ambiguous field-like content.
- Recovery revision 7 rechecks retained evidence so existing outputs can gain the missed tag without changing identity, tokens, timing, or TPS. Rotated-away evidence and unsupported structures can still remain unknown.
- The evidence boundary is unchanged: labels such as Ultra Fast (configuration tag) describe client configuration, not proof of submission, an outbound request, or server execution.
Downloads: Extract the entire Windows ZIP and keep _internal beside TokenPulse.exe. Python, replaceable Qt DLLs, notices, and matching Qt/PySide/application sources are included. A wheel and source archive are also provided; SHA256SUMS.txt covers all three files.
Validation: 279 offline tests, Ruff, formatting, documentation links, fresh wheel installation outside the source checkout, archive/source/hash verification, and native Windows demo startup/exit checks for normal-window, tray, and hidden-start modes with a restricted PATH. Windows/Ubuntu × Python 3.11/3.13 CI passed.
This remains an unsigned preview. Clean-machine Windows installation and full Linux desktop tray interaction are not established by these checks. TokenPulse is independent of OpenAI.
