No Enable button in Content Manager

Verified: February 2020 - TM:PE 11.0

Symptom

You go in to content manager to enable a mod, but there's no enable button next to the mod.

Cause

You're in the wrong section of Content Manager!

Solution

You need to be in the Mods section, not the Workshop section:
