Keyboard input on Windows

• Fixed: only Enter/Tab/arrows worked — all other keys (q, s, d, l, r, g, e) were silently dropped
• Root cause: WithMouseCellMotion() was enabled but unused; on Windows Terminal it interferes with printable key event processing
• Removed the option entirely (no functionality lost — the app never used mouse events)

Detail view key isolation

• Fixed: in container detail view, all dashboard keys (Tab, s, d, l, g...) bled through and operated on the wrong container
• Now only Esc (back), q (quit), and e (exec shell) respond in detail view
• Fixed: pressing e in detail view now execs the viewed container, not the cursor-position container
