v0.1.6 — TUI 0.16.1 compatibility and manager improvements
适配 dsh 0.2.1-rc.2 和 dsh-TUI 0.16.1，并改进配置保存、刷新与运行时管理。
- 配置读取、修改和写入共用 Profile 锁；服务器与 Set 联动保存支持失败回滚、崩溃恢复和外部修改冲突检测。
- 合并刷新请求，减少重复扫描与凭据查询，避免旧请求覆盖新状态和首次加载遗漏更新。
- 诊断支持取消，独立服务器操作不再互相阻塞；修复异步启动、停止、恢复与清理的生命周期处理。
- 修复 TUI 插件身份与命令注册，支持服务延迟加载、重载和卸载清理。
- 增加跨进程存储、真实 Loader、React 生命周期和命令授权回归测试。
使用 TUI 0.16.1 的正式启动器 dsh-tui（或 dst），进入后运行 /mcp-manager。旧的 dsh --profile dsh-tui 入口存在命令接纳顺序问题。
验证：GitHub CI 已通过，包含完整检查、打包安装测试和构建产物一致性检查。
