Tagged so the site and anyone citing the repo can name a version instead of a commit. At this tag: the talks, books, and courses list started on 31 December 2016, the 2017 CS 294 notes, the Sutton & Barto digest, 34 lectures (all still unreviewed), 9 exercises with 84 tests, 7 homework sets, the cheat sheets, and the diagrams.

• A link to the site. readme.md now points to rl.yad.codes, which is built from this repo, and to the site's code, rl-study-site.
• 2015 → 2016. readme.md said the talks, books, and courses list had been here since 2015. The repo's first commit (45032bb, "added the initial list") is from 31 December 2016.
• Diagram labels. In notes/diagrams/RL-Algorithm-Diagrams.md, node labels with parentheses, like V(s') and π_θ(a|s), are now quoted, so all 13 diagrams render in Mermaid (#16).
• No key in the source. tools/content-pipeline/generators/test_ollama.py had an Ollama Cloud API key written into it. It now reads OLLAMA_API_KEY from the environment, the same variable tools/lit-builder uses.
