LibHeifSharp Samples v3.2.0

Binaries for the LibHeifSharp v3.2.0 sample applications.

The decoder sample application converts HEIF/AVIF images to PNG, the available options can be displayed using the --help command.
The encoder sample application converts images from JPEG, PNG, etc to HEIF/AVIF, the available options can be displayed using the --help command.
The info sample application prints information about a HEIF/AVIF image to the console.
