The first tagged release of Free Telegram Proxy. Every link in this repository relayed a real req_pq_multi request to a Telegram datacenter and returned our random nonce in all 3 rounds of a run. The list is rebuilt about every 15 minutes on GitHub Actions. This release freezes one complete, verified snapshot with checksums.

This run's funnel: 3,329 links collected → 3,057 resolved → 2,263 accepted TCP → 1,953 answered a Telegram DC at least once → 1,941 answered in all 3 rounds (58.3 % of everything collected). Verified servers are in 18 countries (top: DE 126 · IR 95 · FI 70 · NL 30).

Honest disclosure: one network, 191.44.90.0/24, carries 45.9 % of verified links (890). That is why resilient keeps one link per IP and top100 caps each network.

🆕 What v1.0 brings

Verification you can audit

• End-to-end MTProto check in 3 rounds per run. TCP and FakeTLS are checked first; for ee secrets the ServerHello HMAC must be valid for our secret.
• Hostnames resolving to private, loopback, CGNAT or other non-public addresses are rejected without connecting.
• Every rejected link and its reason is published (health.json, all/).

Lists for every situation

• 8 tiers in three formats: tg://, https://t.me/ and JSON.
• top100 with a dynamic per-network cap.
• 18 per-country files.
• Fail-closed validation and a size budget before each publish.

Dashboard (English + Persian, RTL)

• 🆕 Per-proxy Copy button next to Connect ↗, on the desktop table and the mobile cards. It copies exactly that proxy's link and confirms it visually and for screen readers. A fallback covers in-app browsers that block the clipboard.
• 🆕 Fresh data even when raw.githubusercontent.com is blocked. jsDelivr's branch cache was measured serving 3-hour-old data after a successful purge, which disabled every button. The mirror is now pinned to the current commit, so it is never hours behind.
• 🆕 No more old code after an update. CSS and JS URLs carry a content hash, so a reload always loads the matching version.
• Disabled actions for stale or demo data, so you are never handed a link that was not just verified.
• No cookies, no local storage, no trackers, no third-party fonts.

Operations

• Rolling-squash publishing keeps the repository small.
• jsDelivr purge runs after each publish.
• A read-only publication watchdog opens an issue if the list goes stale.
• READMEs in English, Persian and Russian, with the live numbers rendered from index.json.

Every file is byte-identical to commit 4b5bf02 (47 of 47 files compared) and passed the project's own fail-closed validator (tools/validate_outputs.py). Tags in this repository are protected: they cannot be moved or deleted.

⚠️ Worth knowing

• These are public, third-party proxies. This project does not run them and cannot see your traffic, but their operators can see that you connect. Telegram's own encryption still protects your messages.
• Results are measured from the runner (US), not from your ISP. A proxy that works here can be blocked where you are; try the next line.
• A snapshot ages. For working proxies use the live lists or the dashboard; use this release for archives, research and reproducibility.

اولین نسخهٔ رسمی Free Telegram Proxy. هر لینکِ این مخزن یک درخواستِ واقعیِ req_pq_multi را به دیتاسنترِ تلگرام رسانده و در هر ۳ دورِ تست، nonce تصادفیِ ما را برگردانده است. فهرست تقریباً هر ۱۵ دقیقه روی GitHub Actions دوباره ساخته می‌شود. این نسخه یک تصویرِ کامل و تأییدشده را همراه با checksum ثابت نگه می‌دارد.

🆕 تازه‌های این نسخه

• 🆕 دکمهٔ کپی برای هر پروکسی کنار اتصال ↗، هم در جدولِ دسکتاپ و هم در کارت‌های موبایل. دقیقاً لینکِ همان پروکسی را کپی می‌کند و تأییدش را هم نشان می‌دهد و هم به صفحه‌خوان اعلام می‌کند. در مرورگرهای داخلِ برنامه‌ها که کلیپ‌بورد را می‌بندند هم کار می‌کند.
• 🆕 دادهٔ تازه حتی وقتی raw.githubusercontent.com فیلتر است. اندازه‌گیری شد که کشِ jsDelivr حتی بعد از purge موفق دادهٔ ۳ ساعت قبل را می‌داد و همهٔ دکمه‌ها غیرفعال می‌شدند. حالا آینه روی آخرین کامیت قفل می‌شود و هیچ‌وقت چند ساعت عقب نیست.
• 🆕 بعد از هر به‌روزرسانی، کدِ قدیمی اجرا نمی‌شود. آدرسِ فایل‌های CSS و JS شناسهٔ محتوا دارد و با یک بار بارگذاریِ مجدد نسخهٔ درست می‌آید.
• داشبوردِ فارسی و انگلیسی، بدونِ کوکی، ردیاب و فونتِ شخصِ ثالث. برای داده‌های قدیمی یا نمونه، دکمه‌ها غیرفعال‌اند تا لینکِ تأییدنشده به دستتان نرسد.
• بررسیِ سرتاسریِ MTProto در ۳ دور و ردِ آدرس‌های غیرعمومی بدونِ اتصال. دلیلِ ردِ هر لینک هم منتشر می‌شود.

📦 بررسیِ فایل‌ها

هر فایل بایت‌به‌بایت با کامیتِ 4b5bf02 یکی است (هر ۴۷ فایل مقایسه شد) و از اعتبارسنجِ خودِ پروژه گذشته است. تگ‌های این مخزن محافظت‌شده‌اند و جابه‌جا یا حذف نمی‌شوند.

⚠️ بدانید

• این‌ها پروکسی‌های عمومیِ شخصِ ثالث هستند. این پروژه آن‌ها را اداره نمی‌کند و ترافیکتان را نمی‌بیند، اما گردانندهٔ پروکسی می‌بیند که وصل شده‌اید. رمزنگاریِ خودِ تلگرام همچنان از پیام‌هایتان محافظت می‌کند.
• نتایج از محلِ تست (آمریکا) اندازه‌گیری شده‌اند، نه از اینترنتِ شما. اگر یکی وصل نشد، سراغِ خطِ بعدی بروید.
• این نسخه یک تصویرِ ثابت است. برای پروکسیِ سالم از فهرست‌های زنده یا داشبورد استفاده کنید؛ این نسخه برای بایگانی، پژوهش و تکرارپذیری است.
