Fixes

  • [FIX][rust,cli] Updated rustls-webpki to 0.103.16 to reject certificate chains that contain the compromised eMudhra intermediate public keys (RUSTSEC-2026-0382). Native applications must update their own lockfiles and rebuild. CI jobs use CA bundles that distrust the affected certificate authorities before running network actions.
