32 位：cnativeapi 按 x86 重编后放进暂存目录

nativeapi 的原生库由 Dart build hook 现编，flutter 只按 windows_x64 调用，
32 位包里混进了 x64 的 cnativeapi.dll。照 flutter 留下的 input.json 改成 ia32、
换 x86 编译器和输出目录，用同一个 hook.dill 再跑一遍，覆盖暂存目录里那份。
