Adds Swift Package Manager support for the SwiftCssParser iOS library with Swift 5.3+ tools. Existing public APIs, iOS deployment declarations, CocoaPods source layout, and app-owned CSS resources are retained.
Changes:
- Adds a library product, excludes the demo app, and packages the test CSS fixture correctly.
- Fixes a fatal error when parsing a valid empty selector block.
- Documents typed fallback behavior and the legacy malformed-input limitations.
- Updates installation instructions and podspec version to 0.2.0.
Validation:
- 20 public-API tests pass in both Debug and Release on iOS Simulator, covering resource loading, empty files/rules, selectors, Unicode, typed values, fallback values, fonts, and invalid colors.
- An independent consuming package passes with its own CSS resource bundle.
- The release workflow resolves the exact published tag, verifies its commit, and tests the external consumer on iOS Simulator.
Install with .package(url: "https://github.com/100mango/SwiftCssParser.git", from: "0.2.0").
This is a CSS-inspired configuration parser, not a full CSS engine. Malformed syntax and unreadable file URLs retain their documented legacy failure behavior.
