dsh-folderwatch 0.1.0

First release.

Arms a watch on a directory and delivers a precise diff when it goes quiet: what was created, what changed, what was deleted - batched, deduplicated, and with this session's own writes filtered out.

Three things make it different from an s.watch callback:

1. Snapshots, not raw events. s.watch says "something changed"; on Windows it says it several times, and under load it says nothing at all.
2. Echo suppression. The agent's own writes must not wake the agent.
3. Delivery is per-watch. wake starts a new turn; queue waits for the next step.

• 110 unit tests, plus four live scenarios including the echo case
