dsh-reaper 0.1.0

First release.

Finds the dev servers, watchers and background processes an agent session left behind, grades each by how confidently it can be attributed to a session, and reclaims the port.

The grading is the point. �gent-spawned and workspace are the only verdicts that can be auto-selected. dev-server, unattributed, system and protected must be named explicitly. A plugin that kills anything it finds is a plugin that eventually kills nginx.
