Recursive Copy v5.2.0

• File copies now use fs.promises.copyFile (with fancy faster copy-on-write when the local filesystem supports it) instead of streams. Set streams: true to restore previous behavior. Fixes #21 11ty/buildawesome#3360

• Upgraded minimatch to v11 to fix an audit issue. #18, related to #19
