Tl;dr
Fixed bug where bepinex stuff was loaded into data folder.
Fixed bug where data was not put into a data folder when saving, rather just spilled all the content out into the profile folder.

Should have made showing profiles slightly more memory efficient and faster.

Plan to only save what has changed between a modded and vanilla profile. However, there have been some issues identifying the changed files.
