When invoking the 1Password CLI, the `--generate-password` flag is now appended to the cli args only when the 1Password item has a password recipe.

This PR merges main into beta to pull in the fix for #127
The version has been updated to 1.4.1-beta02. It would be great if a new beta release could be created 🙏
