New

  • Resizable panels. Resize file lists and the Graph's branch/tag sidebar, commit details, and changed-file panel. Sidebar widths are remembered across tabs and restarts.
  • Branches in the left rail. Open a searchable branch panel with immediate input focus, arrow-key navigation, and direct New Branch and New Worktree actions.
  • More Graph actions. Create branches at selected commits, cherry-pick, revert, reset, and create or push tags using the existing review and confirmation flows. Tagging and cherry-picking also work with commits from other refs.
  • Adjustable background grain. Choose Fine, Classic, or Coarse grain and adjust its strength. Smaller shared textures reduce decoded grain texture memory while retaining the Classic appearance.
  • Help in Settings. Find guided tips, first-run setup, and links to create a GitHub issue in a dedicated Help tab.
  • Clearer onboarding and menus. Learn branch creation earlier in the tour, see a helpful empty state when branch search has no matches, and get darker dialog backdrops.

Fixes

  • Restore static Linux SSH-helper builds while preserving exclusive folder installation.
  • Preserve reviewed Git state during merges, repository setup, stash deletion, and conflict resolution. Handle literal filenames and prevent conflict resolution from following replaced symlinks.
  • Correctly continue or abort git am conflicts, and count each changed file once on Home.
  • Coordinate SSH reconnects, cancellation, machine settings, and background requests more safely. Share and limit repository loading.
  • Keep custom API headers tied to their server so changing destinations cannot reuse another server's credentials.
  • Support dotted Codex MCP names and filenames containing tabs in AI commit context, and collect selected changes in batches.

Periodic background fetch is planned for the Rust port; it is not included in this release.
