dsh-stl-preview 0.1.0

First release. STL meshes open in the DSH right-Sidebar document preview: binary/ASCII parsing in the browser, a dependency-free WebGL viewport (orbit / wireframe / auto-rotate), and print statistics: size, volume, surface area and watertightness.
