考虑到双机直播，以及各位主播文化沙漠，不知道如何使用局域网 ip，不知道设置防火墙，因此改成固定服务器提供服务的形式。

在游戏机（启动 Steam 的机子）启动 Client 里面的 启动.bat（请先修改 config.ps1 里面的 API_TOKEN）
在直播机上设置 OBS
