How to reduce raindrop ripple effect on water and puddles

visualsettings.dat:

...\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\visualsettings.dat

& then lower this value:

puddles.ripples.ripplestrength	0.7

Somewhere around 0.3 is probably what you want. 👍

Use these values:

puddles.ripples.minsize
puddles.ripples.maxsize

to control the size of the circle ripples if required.
