v0.1.1 — dsh 0.2 compatibility

Restore Host-persisted settings when dsh web is reached through a reverse proxy on a non-loopback hostname.

Changes

• Verified against dsh 0.2.0-rc.2: the connection hook (__DSH_TRANSPORT__.ownsHost), the prefetch-tier timing and the settings persistence gate are unchanged from 0.1.7.
• engines.dsh widened to >=0.1.7 <0.3.
• package.json version synced with the changelog.

Notes

• Zero dependencies, ~60 lines of client JavaScript, no host-side code.
• The loopback gate is an intentional security default; installing this asserts that your reverse-proxied origin is trusted. See the Security notes in the README.
